1. GENERAL

 

Do I have to bring my passport/ID card?

It is compulsory to bring your personal ID/passport to visit the Alhambra. It is not necessary for Granada Old Town or Road Trips.

 

Where is the meeting point?

Granada Old Town Tours and Alhambra Tours: Sixthrills office in Santa Ana street, 2, 18001, Granada, which is less than 10 minutes away from the Cathedral.

Road Trips: Acera del Darro street, 1, 18005, Granada, right in front of the underground parking.

Nerja:Iglesia street, 2, 29780, Nerja, Malaga.

We suggest arriving always 15 minutes before the beginning of your tour.

 

How can I arrive at the office?

If you come by bus, catch the urban bus 33 from the bus station and get off at the Cathedral stop. If you come by car, you can use the underground parking San Agustín, which is 5 minutes away from our office. It is not possible to park next to the office.

 

What do I do if I can’t find the meeting point?

If you have any problems finding the office you can contact us on 0034 958163684.

 


 

2. BOOKINGS

 

Do I have to confirm my booking?

You receive the booking confirmation by email when you do the online payment. You only have to confirm with our booking center in case you want some special or private options.

 

Do I have to print my receipt?

You don’t need to print, you can just show the online confirmation received by email.

 

Can I amend my booking?

If you want to modify your booking, like adding more people, changing the day or timetables, you can write to customerservice@sixthrills.com and we will check if we can do it.

 

And for special requests?

If you have any special requests, like big group tours, private visits or special needs, write to customerservice@sixthrills.com and we will get in touch with you.

 

Can I buy a gift certificate?

If you want to make a nice present to someone you love, send your names and your message to customerservice@sixthrills.com and we will create a unique experience for you together.

 


 

3. CANCELLATION

 

Which is the cancellation deadline?

Terms of refund of the amount paid due to the cancellation of the service: 

I- Cancellation within the first 24 hours starting from the time of the booking: 80% of the amount refund. 

II- Cancellation after the first 24 hours until 48 hours before the event: 50% of the amount refund. 

III- Cancellation 48 hours before the service: no refundable (rule III prevails on the other ones). 

 

How do I get a refund?

The cancellation and refund of the amount will be operated on the same selling point/channel. Bookings through the web page www.sixthrills.com have to be canceled through the same platform.
